HST round 2… ding ding!
Last week I had a great week off to rest up for another 8 weeks of HST.
This week is me and my training bud are going for another round. This time i tweaked it myself and made adjustments and incorporated some single limb movements. It looks like this:

Wish me luck! Once i get a free afternoon, i swear I’ll post pics. (i know i know i came saying that, but my free time is spent in the gym and a few sec to write a blog and use the workout tracker) And everyone can really see that this workout and my diet is helping… slowly but surely!
