What the blog?!
So i’ve been pretty busy with work and working out 5 days a week and what not…. I’ve been slacking on here. I haven’t posted my workout on the tracker in a week. I haven’t blogged in a week. I haven’t updated my stats and i haven’t posted progress pictures!!
Hopefully i get time this weekend. I just managed to slip in a quick update on teh blog. So i completed my first stint at HST and it worked great! I’ve lost probably 4 pounds or so but my waist is noticebly trimmer and my shoulders and chest are more defined. I can’t wait to do my measurements and post pics to show side by side comparison. I’ll try get that out by the end of the weekend!
