Graveyard Shift

So i just woke up from working the night shift this week.  We have a special project going on where i volunteered (lucky me)  to do nights this week.  I hope it doesn’t mess up my normal eating and working out schedule.  I gotta do a lot of planning and scheduling so i don’t mess up.

I’ve started taking CL Reduction to try and cut the last couple of pounds and finally get to see those abs.  I haven’t tried fatburners since last year with Lipo 6 and i dropped about 10 lbs then.  But i don’t know if it was just cuz i took them or becuz it was more of an overall better diet and workout combination.

I seem to be losing weight, but i don’t want to lose muscle!  I want abs, but not at the expense of losing all the other hard earned muscles!

Thank God it’s Friday!

After this afternoon’s workout will complete week 2 of HST.  Next two weeks will be 2 sets of 10 reps of full body workouts.  I’ve been dieting pretty well.  Abs are slowly creeping in.  I should post more pics up soon.  I just hope i’m not losing muscle mass!  Can’t wait to get out of my desk and hit the gym!

HST round 2… ding ding!

Last week I had a great week off to rest up for another 8 weeks of HST.

 This week is me and my training bud are going for another round.  This time i tweaked it myself and made adjustments and incorporated some single limb movements.  I’ve been trying to copy and save a table on here, but idk… so i attached it instead.
Wish me luck! Once i get a free afternoon, i swear I’ll post pics. (i know i know i came saying that, but my free time is spent in the gym and a few sec to write a blog and use the workout tracker)  And everyone can really see that this workout and my diet is helping… slowly but surely!

What the blog?!

So i’ve been pretty busy with work and working out 5 days a week and what not…. I’ve been slacking on here.  I haven’t posted my workout on the tracker in a week.  I haven’t blogged in a week. I haven’t updated my stats and i haven’t posted progress pictures!!

Hopefully i get time this weekend.  I just managed to slip in a quick update on teh blog. So i completed my first stint at HST and it worked great!  I’ve lost probably 4 pounds or so but my waist is noticebly trimmer and my shoulders and chest are more defined.  I can’t wait to do my measurements and post pics to show side by side comparison.  I’ll try get that out by the end of the weekend!
