Manic monday
It’s monday. I haven’t worked out since Friday (planned), and I’m itching to get workout this afternoon. I’m down to the final 2 weeks of this HST workout i’ve been on. I can honestly say, i’ve seen some great strength gains and my chest and shoulders have developed some.
I Really REALLY REALLY need to dial in my diet though. I have two planned cheat meals/week but somehow eating on the run or eating out with friends sneak their way in! And i end up with a not so great meal. So i went grocery shopping yesterday: Fiber bread, bananas, natty peanut butter, turkey sausage, eggs, brocolli, yogurt, chicken breast, brown rice.
If i really focus these last two weeks of my HST and get great results. I might be brave enough to actually post some progress pics on here! =)
