Almost done with HST
I have about 2.5 weeks left of this workout and i really like it. I like to full body splits because it forces me to go to the gym and not slack because I have scheduled active rest days as well. I need to do some measurements to see some results. I definitely got more strength and we’ll see what the tape measure says.
Ran into a friend of a friend of mine yesterday after doing my HST workout and convince me and my other friend and workout buddy(her mutual friend) to do a kickboxing/combat class. So i was like f*** it! Let’s go! I chugged my protein shake and did an hour of the class. Needless to say, I sweated buckets and i’m pretty sore this morning. I really got into it especially the boxing combinations with kicks! LOL So i guess this will be my Wednesday routine. Wednesdays are my refeed days anyway, so i’ll have energy to do back to back muscles.
Once i finish this HST, i think i’m going to go on traditional 4-day split and dedicate Wednesdays to this class!

I did some aerobics classes at my gym way back in 1992-1994, when I lived in CA while in the Navy. I remember thinking it would be a piece of cake doing this class with mostly women. Boy did I get a lesson in humility. Kicked my butt, but was a great workout.
