Day 1 of Week 5&6 of HST
So this is Day One of Full body exercises involving typically 2 sets of 5. I haven’t done such a low rep range before and it’s great to shock my body. I’ve never lifted this heavy before and I was a little apprehensive, so of course i tried to schedule day one with my workout bro. It helped to at least have a person with me to see how heavy i can push myself. It felt great! I feel like a beast pushing those weights even though it’s only 5 sets, there’s something about knowing you’re increasing the number of plates you add to the bar!
I’m still taking the white flood pre-workout and sip on the purple wraath during workout. And then after i chug the whey. This seems to be working out pretty well for me. I’ve had incredible energy with the white flood and i like the tingling of the purple wraath.
I just need to dial in that diet a little tighter and BOOYAH! It’s ON!
