Who’s the fastest?
So my my buds had this on-going bet regarding who’s the fastest sprinter among 4 of us. We can challenge all we want and motivate when it came to lifting and working out and i can be humble when it comes to one of them outlifting me. But this was about running! So after a few weeks of smack talking, on a chilly night in Florida, hoodies and shorts, on a streetlamp lighted neighborhood street, yours truly emerged the winner of a ~125ft race!!! Bwahahah! If that wasn’t enough, just to seal the deal won again on a ~75ft rematch!! I feel smug…
And this morining, now my hip flexors are killing me… lol

I woulda been dead sore the next morning too. Come to think of it, I probably would have pulled a hamstring or something…….my w/o this morning gave me a reminder I’m not as young as I used to be…….(see blog)
