BIG BACK
So i was about to do another cardio day, but I didn’t feel up to the cardio day like i did on Tuesday. I had 1/2 sandwich 45 mins before and i still felt full and my thighs and butt were still sore. I didn’t want to throw up either, so i did a just back day. Did 3 sets of 4 different back exercises (see workout tracker). I feel pretty big, i was able to do stronger lifts because I knew i only had a few exercises to do. I’ll do legs tomorrow
