Error…
Well i just came back from a workout and my buddies actually joined me this time. I think cuz they know that new year is coming, and they figured that they need it to kick it into high gear…again. I had a bunch of friends working out with me pretty consistently, then it died down and there was only one… me.
So anyway, i told them i was keeping track of how much i’ve been lifting and i’ve neglected to count the bar! So my squats and benches have been 45 lbs less than they actually were. So my workout tracker looks like i made some major gains in strength in a week. But i don’t feel like going back and editting all the weights. So starting now, i’m going to add the weight of the bar. Sheesh.
Well at least I had an awesome leg workout today. I was pumped up and energized. It really makes a difference when you have a workout buddy to motivate you. Whether both of you are going for the same goals or whether you just want to do better than him! lol Hopefully my buddies will keep it up, so that my progress will be better.
