Lunch workout
I was able to squeeze in quick back workout today. The office is slow and my gym is only 5 minutes away if no traffic. Felt pretty good, trying out different back exercises. I wish i had more time i would’ve liked to do a few more exercises, but hey at least I was able to go. Finding time to workout this Christmas time is getting tough let alone trying to avoid all the holiday eating and drinking.

So are morning workouts before work within the realm of possibility in this universe? Neal, if you can manage it, it’s a GREAT way to get consistent w/o’s in, and to start/energize the day.
And great job squeezing in lunchtime w/o. Remember my motto: "JUST GETTING TO THE GYM IS A SUCCESSFUL WORKOUT."
