Chest & 30 wings
I did a pretty good chest workout today. The gym was more crowded than usual. Maybe they had a crazy weekend of drinking and partying like i did and feel guilty, so they all decided to try and make up for it hard this week. It might also have to do with the "grand opening" of the gym. Whole bunch of vendors littered the freakin place. Of course non of them were health related. Except for the lady who asked if i wanted soft hands. "No gracias" The workout felt great, i really needed a tough chest day.
I ended up having a cheat meal today. Unplanned, but i hope it didn’t mess me up too much. After the workout, of course i had my whey, milk, glutamine, and creatine shake. Then got home, changed and went to Gators. And if anyone knows anything about Gators on a monday, they do all you can eat wings for $10. So needless to say I had 30. My body really needed that protein but not so much the fat. I think tomorrow i’m going to lay low on the carbs, to try and adjust. I really suck at dieting. Any tips for me would be really appreciated.
Anyway, hopefully this will be my only cheat meal for the week. Oh wait… there’s Christmas party on wednesday night at Ale house (more wings & beer). Oy… wat to do… wat to do…
