Lunch Pull Day
I’m pretty geeked out about working out at lunch. I find myself with more energy and don’t get that afternoon slump. So i think i’m going to keep this up!
Did a pull day today without legs cuz i worked them out yesterday. Next week i’ll get into a real routine with my push day and pull day, but this week was more of a make up. So 3 supersets of bentover row and lat pulldowns. 2 sets of barbell pull. 2 sets of one handed lat pull down machine. 2 supersets of standing trap pull and EZbar curl. All in about 45 minutes.
I must’ve been pretty tired, cuz i wasn’t pulling as heavy. I might need to eat more carbs before breakfast now that i’m doing these lunch workouts.
