Lunch workout
So this week has been pretty busy and so i’m trying to incorportate some lunch-time workouts cuz i don’t think i’ll be able to in the evening time like i usually do.
I went in and did 4 sets of deadlifts and squats, 3 sets of calves and walked for about 10 mins. Took me approx 50 mins for the whole session, just enough time to drive back to work and drink my protein shake. Now i gotta sit on my butt for the next 4 hours…
