So… I’m getting more and more focused on actually bodybuilding, so i decided to join bodybuilding.com to help me stay focused and motivated. We’ll see…
So I’ve been working out pretty consistently this year give or take a few bumps down the road, and I think i’ve gained pretty much about 5 pounds total, but i think i’ve lost some fat and gained muscle. My friend who I haven’t seen since summer visited last month and she said that i looked thicker, but in a good way! =) that’s good i guess.
This month until the end of the year, I’m planning to do a two-day push/pull split including legs and try to hit the gym at least 3 days for weights and add 2 days of cardio.
