<p>Winter is coming and thats when the weight goes up for me. So my goal is to keep it off. Besides I want to look good when I go to Florida in March.

Plus my diet has been going great with the exception of this weekend as I had afew to many drinks for my b-day. lol. But I&#8217;ve made lots of progress, losing body fat without losing to much muscle, and thats without the help of a fatburner. Its been awhile since I put new pics up so I did that today and I can see the changes.

<p>I&#8217;m really happy for my sons as the Wish Foundation called and ther sending us to Disney World, Water World, Universal Studios, and Busch Gardens next winter. Ther going to love it, and my son deserves it after  his 3rd heart surgery.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ok, for over a month now I&#8217;ve cut my calories in half and its clean calories, I&#8217;m on a fatburner and my weight is about the same. My muscles are growing but I cant be putting that much muscle weight on that fast can I? And I cant tell by looking in a mirror, I dont think I see what other people see. People tell me I&#8217;m getting big but I dont see much difference, and I&#8217;ve always seen tiny arms.  I have been realy working the upper body because March 24 is when I get surgery on my wrist. Than its legs, abs, and extra cardio. Well I&#8217;ll have to messure my waist now and keep up what I&#8217;m doing and check again.</p>
<p>If I&#8217;m missing anything I should or shouldn&#8217;t be doing, I&#8217;m all ears.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I feel pritty good. I&#8217;ve been getting lots of coments from friends and family on how big I&#8217;m getting. I like that because when I look in a morror I dont see alot of change myself. Actually the last 2 days have been crazy, first I did legs that morning than chest in the evening. Than yesterday I did arms twice. So today I&#8217;m taking a break, well maybe some cardio if I cant sit still. lol</p>
<p>I have alot of motivation right now as I entered the NxLabs  fitness contest. And yes Canadians are allowed, unlike the Muscle tech one. But this is not a transformation contest so ther is already some covermodel looking people to compete with. So I&#8217;m being realy strict with diet and excersize.</p>
<p>So please go to NxLabs website and give me your vote, I&#8217;m going to do my best.

Wish I had the $25,000 prize as motivation though. Anyone know of any other similar contest or suppliment company wanting to transform an average person. </p>
<p> On a different note, I will be taking a break tomorrow and watching Affliction, as I think I&#8217;ve caught a stomic bug.
