Well construction season has started and now I cant get my wrist surgery till Dec. Its going to be a painful year. And training hasnt slowed down. Making ok gains still with a good diet and lifting.

I’m really happy for my sons as the Wish Foundation called and ther sending us to Disney World, Water World, Universal Studios, and Busch Gardens next winter. Ther going to love it, and my son deserves it after  his 3rd heart surgery.
