Surgery tomorrow
Well tomorrow is the day of my wrist surgery. Not looking forward to it but about a month after its done, nothin is stopping me. Work will be easier, plus if I get my diabetis under better control who knows, maybe I’ll step back in the octagon for another fight. I got my bench all setup to do legs and abs for the month of no right hand. Also I want to realy up my cardio, I kind of realy slowed that down as I got addicted to batman leggo on my sons xbox 360. lol

The roads are crazy and they didnt tell me it was cancled till I got there. Now I cant get it done till Dec. I think I’ll use this anger and hit the arms harder than ever. lol.
