Back to training for a main event

Well now that my arms are growing I dont know about making my goals. I went down to my old boxing gym to get tickets to a fight and I was told If I get back in fight shape they want me to fight main event sometime this fall or winter. Its very hard to put on mass when your doing the crazy cardio that you need to fight. My arms have one more inch to go by Nov.17. It will be hard but I think I can do it.

 First I got to get over a few things. Last fight wasn’t as impressive as my others so I’ll have to get my confidence back up, and give my best for my home town. Plus I hope my hands hold up. Well I’ll try and keep posting my progress. Realy excited right now.

Arm problem no more

Well first off my day started not so fun, but that changed when I got home and started lifting. I think I finally got past my arm problem. Right now my arms feel so full they might tear. lol. I love the burn. But than again thats the results you should get taken no-explode, nitro-tech, and cell-tech. My arms have grown 1/4 inch really fast. Its not much but its a start. Plus I might start going back to the gym, thers only so much I can do at home.

 Its going to be hard sticking to m diet in the next little bit though. Got a birthday party and a mma/kickboxing card coming to town. But than again maybe I deserve a break. Tonight should be fun watching Ultimate Fight Night. Oh, its on so I better go. lol

Ok now, I’m getting tired of all the hard work and my arms not growing. So I just started taken No-Explode and  Nutrex Vitrix plus next week I’ll be switching my protein to Nitro tech. All that and a change in my arm work out, ya, I’m getting more seriouse. Its getting to cold to take my shirt off at the beach so its time to bulk up for the winter.

My new work out should help. I used to do arms one day and do back and chest the next. So now I’ll try chest and triceps, than the nexy day back and biceps. hopefully this helps.Well thats it for now, I’ll post again after using the products longer
