got a plan but need some confidence
Monday, August 25th, 2008Well today I did something I hadnt done in along time. I had a good leg day. I use my leg and back alot at work so I tend to ignor them abit in my lifting. Lately I’ve been pritty happy with my bodyfat, finally seeing some results on my stomic, but my arms have been shrinking even though I’ve been lifting alot with them. So I figured why not try and get thoughs growth hormones going with some old fashin squats, deadlifts, pushups. I’m probably going to feel it in the morning, and I got some concrete floors to poor.
In two days I’ll be on the road working for about a week, so I’m alittle worried about my diet. Luckely for me someone else I work with takes care of his diet aswell. I’m sure it will be fine, one week on a so so diet wont hurt. Working right into the long weekend is going to suck.
Well I’ve been eatting pritty clean and lifting alot for awhile now, but one thing that gets to me is my confidence. so some replies or comments would be verymuch apriciated. Thanks
