Well Construction season is in full swing, which means long hot hours in the sun all day. My arthritis in my hands is keeping me up all night, but I’m still managing to eat pritty good and started lifting abit more as I got new supliments and dont want them to go to waist. Its alittle hard to keep it up but I’m not where I want to be yet this summer. Plus my lifting weight has bene increasing in all most everything. 

Also I found out my second son Isaac will need a second heart surgery. He’s only two and we went to Montreal for surgery when he was 3 months already. Poor little guy I’m always so scared for him. My son Cole on the other hand is as healthy as could be and starts school in the fall.
