Monday, June 30th, 2008Well this is my first post and I’m very tired so it will not be a long one. Right now 12 hours of my day are dedicated to work. That includes driving and 10 hours of concrete work, so I dont have lots of time for extra lifting. Lucky for me my work is a workout itself. But most of the time I manage to get in about 3 days of lifting. I use alot of my back and legs at work so when I lift I do alot of chest, abs, and arms.
In the winter I get more time to lift so my weight goes up to 190. but inthe summer it goes down to 165 and I lose all my mass. So I’m trying to keep alot of mass on while staying cut. I think I’m doing alright so far but summer has just started. I’m only taking protein right now.
Oh, and on the weekend I watched the last Ufc and as usual it made me wont to get back in there.
