It seems that managing bodyblogs was a bit more difficult than i expected. i added 6 comments to one blog because i thought i was doing the right thing. lol. Well its thursday march 22 and i hadnt done anything except play football, its been warm and iam practicing for upcoming games in a tournament. (flag football) I intend to start working out monday, and starting over using some of the things i bought this week. Anyway i have been eating good and really curious as to how much i weigh which i probably wont find out until monday.

Well its march 21 and got back 2 days ago from spring break, took off 1 week of not being on my diet which is a killer to what i ultimately want to acheive, and only worked out twice unfortunately. Tody i will getr back on the diet ad weightlifting, so i can have the right body by june. One of the worst parts of the vacation was watching the scale’s needle go beyond what i know it shouldnt have gone, 5-6 puonds over
I have to go shopping for food in order to keep going with the diet because my school at George Mason University has the worst foods, and the amount of allotted money cant cover all the necessary foods from different stores to pay for the right food.

Today i didnt workout but my offday does consist of running on the treadmill for 15 minutes, with alternating sequences. then i do about 10-15 minute ab workout. and to finish the day i swam a little exercise. today i went to the sauna though they had just put it in and so i gave it a shot and it was great, hard to breather though. a great improvement i noticed too in my physique. I weigh about 174 and now i can see way more definition. which is sooooo great and makes me want to get the full body tone definition even more and that definitely motivates me helluva lot more.
