					<description>Well as it goes, before we evolved to eating grain products for breakfast lunch and dinner, we ate this way, are bodies adapted to it, and back then we were very fit and had little disease. So by that logic our bodies work the best on this type of diet, there are plenty of carbs in different fruits and vegetables, so you should be able to get plenty of carbs without the grains.</description>

I mostly started paleo because I have been doing CrossFit for 3 years and that's what they advocate. Within the last year since going paleo I have seen the biggest gains in Athletic Performance.
