Finally I hit 242.5 again, now I want to jump way over this hurtle. I have a few things going for me, I reached this weight in the middle of the week; therefore I have a few day left before the dreaded weekend. Another half good thing is that my best friend is moving away this week so I will not be able to drink with him…. If I can keep myself from drinking this weekend I should be able to push into the 230’s next week.
To keep everyone up to date with my work outs, I went to Crossfit after work yesterday and we worked on "Back Squats" I was able to do 185 lbs! I was proud of myself. Then we did one round of Michael; 800m run, 50 back extensions, and 50 sit ups. I came in with an awful 12:32. I am looking forward to having some endurance. I know it will come, but I want it now! Surprisingly it was the back extensions that killed me, the sit ups I did the first half in one set. Oh I almost forgot, after all this I rode my bicycle home.(12 km) Hell ya!
Again I will let anyone know Crossfit kicks ass! If you want to get into shape, and I mean really get into shape, even if you think you are in shape, try crossfit.

In one minute do 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 20 sqauts. Do this for thirty minutes, if you do not finish everything in the minute continue until you do then wait for the next minute to start and start again. This is a crossfit workout, that I just did the other day, it is very hard. You can scale it back for example, I did 3-7-10 of the workouts above for only 20 minutes. I got seven rounds. If you cannot sustain doing regular pushups for that length of time. do pushups from the knees but do twice as many as you would regular ones. try it out, it will make you sore but builds incredible strength! let me know how you do if you try it out. oh and even if you feel like you can’t do any more keep doing it, that is the crossfit way!

Well what can I say after two workouts of the day into Crossfit other than ow I hurt! But it is a good hurt! Next week is three sessions and that should make me hurt real good! Well I will document what I can do in the first month and let you all know. keep checking my stats, I just updated everything today. Have a great week everyone and I hope you all suffer the same pain that I feel in your own workouts, because you know it’s a good workout.

So I have started a new routine today. Hope fully I can sustain it, I started riding my bicycle to work. Which is a 12 km ride. A good start to my day, then I am also doing crossfit for a month, at least two days a week. Then I will be moving onto crossfit training at my own gym. I have found that biking to work is a good way to transport you and get your cardio in at the same time.
In other news I seem to be holding my same weight but losing a bit of size. It went in stages, I took off fifteen pounds fast then it took a little while for my shape to catch up. haha
Anyway I am very motivated, my fiance is has been doing well with her training as well. I think that is why I am doing so good, because I see her results. Well a little motivational advise. If anyone is like me and been big all there life and have tried multiple time to lose the weight, keep trying because eventually you will succeed!

If anyone has the chance, try this program. I have only done the intro but, I understand why people love it. It is an intense ass kicking. Today, the day after I am sore every were. I plan on continuing with this and will let you all know how it goes.
