So I decided yesterday that I need to get up every morning and do some type of cardio. Today I started, as I am not a morning person this is an accomplishment for me. I woke up at 5:15am, ate breakfast, and went down to my condo’s gym for 6:00am did a half hour then had a protein shake and a shower and went to work. I am trying to force this into a habit. I feel excellent this morning.
