New Exercise
Thursday, February 26th, 2009I tried a new exercise that I seen one of my buddies doing at the gym. Basically you take a plate, I used a 25lb, and hold it over your head and rotate it around your body. I am not sure what you call this but I found some new muscles doing it. I think I over did it a bit for trying it for the first time. The top of my pecs hurt like…. Does anyone know what this workout is called? I would like to make sure I am doing it correctly.
