Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008I got back to the gym yesterday, and had a good hard workout. My Pericarditis didn’t bother me at all. It has subsided a lot and I am almost back to 100%. Today I am only doing cardio and I hope the old ticker can hold up for me… I need to get back on track as I was doing pretty good for a while now my goal for the rest of this month is to get down to 240 lbs If I work hard is attainable. Hope I can make it.
