I have been sticking to my diet or new way of eating pretty good, staying away from carbs in the pm, And overall eating less. So my next step is to stick with a workout program, but as of yet I haven’t been able to do that, I have simply been trying to get more exersise without a plan. Right now I live a long way from my gym so it is difficult to get there as much as I’d like. I would like to find something I could do at home that isn’t boring like running… I sometimes go for bike rides but I find just going for a bike ride is boring, I need to be able to ride my bike to work. this would give me a purpose. Does anyone haveany Ideas on how to make cardio more fun?
