Great Weekend

This weekend was excellent, I managed to stick to my diet  even though I was out of town. I also got a bit of exercise every day, which can be hard while visiting friends. I start the Body for life Challenge Monday and hope to lose at least 30lbs in the 12 weeks. If anyone has any motivational tips please let me know. I Know I can lose the weight this time, Summer always brings out the best in me… THanks for all your support. Cam

Lunch -  Mushroom soup, three slices of cheese, three slices of ham

Snack - 1/2 cup yogurt,

Snack - Apple, Plum

Dinner - Salsa Chicken, green Beans

Meal plan for Wednesday June 18, 2008

Breakfast - two eggs, one piece of toast with peanut butter

Snack - Banana

Snack - grapes

Lunch - mushroom soup, Cantalope
Snack - Natures Valley bar

Snack - half a cup of yogurt

Snack - small apple

Dinner - 6oz. Salmon fillet and one cup of broccoli

Please let me know how this looks for fat loss purposes

New Ideas for fat loss

So far in my time with Bodybuilding.com I have gained more fat than I have lost, this is mostly because since I have been with you guys I have been stuck behind a desk which is a new thing for me.

Today I start a eating habit that I hope will work. I have been reading a lot of articles on nutrition lately and I think I have found the answer. I am cutting the carbs out of my diet except for breakfast and before I work out. Also I am eating mostly fruits and vegetables.

Fist day of my food log

Breakfast - 1/2 cup of oatmeal

Snack - Banana

Snack - 1 cup grapes

Lunch - 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of cheese, an Apple

Snack - Plum 2 slices of cantaloupe
Snack - 1/2 cup of yogurt

Dinner - 1 Chicken breast, 1/2 cup of green beans

Let me know what you think of this meal plan please.
