average daily food intake
Friday, February 29th, 2008Breakfast - One cup of Raisen Bran, with one cup of Milk (approx)
Lunch - One Large Fajita containing: 1 Large Chicken Breast, 1/4 green peper, 1/4 red peper, two tablespoons of salsa, one tablespoon of Sour Cream, and fajita seasoning.
Dinner - One pork chop, one cup of corn.
As I posted before I need help to create a diet plan for myself without feeling un satisfied and hungry all the time. Please leave comments! anything helps! thanks
