average daily food intake

Friday, February 29th, 2008

Breakfast - One cup of Raisen Bran, with one cup of Milk (approx)

Lunch - One Large Fajita containing: 1 Large Chicken Breast, 1/4 green peper, 1/4 red peper, two tablespoons of salsa, one tablespoon of Sour Cream, and fajita seasoning.

Dinner - One pork chop, one cup of corn.

As I posted before I need help to create a diet plan for myself without feeling un satisfied and hungry all the time. Please leave comments! anything helps! thanks

Diet Suggestions

I haven’t been doing very well with my plan of losing weight. I have decided that I need to plan my meals out to ensure that I eat proper preportions, and the right foods.I need to find foods that are low calories and filling. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! I have always loved food, and now I have decided it is the food I love or fitness. Please help me friends, with any diet ideas. Thanks

my Gym is back

I had to move all of my Home gym equipment into storage when my girlfriend’s freind and her kids came out. But now I have it all set up again finally. It is hard sometimes to get to the gym but having my home equipment gives me no excuse. I am also back to full throttle now that my house is back to its normal state. Another new developement is the loss of a treadmill that I was "Storing" for a friend, they took it back so now I am down to my stationary bike and the great outdoors for my at home cardio. At least it has warmed up a bit for jogging. Just about mtn Biking season and I need some serious endurance so that I can ride hard.

Military Course

I have decided that this spring I will start work on a training course that will be similar to a military training course. I have never been in the military but I like the obsticles that I have seen, that they train on. If anyone has any recomendations for specific obsticles let me know. I live in the mountains so I have lots of room to build..

The Takeover

The time has come that I have to the gym more. My house has been taken over by our friend and her kids…. They are staying in my workout room so all of my equipment is pushed to the side. its sad but I still have my cardio and a new workout called running around the house… the kids made it up…
