My Diet
Wednesday, January 30th, 2008I have been trying a new diet based on information I have read on bodybuilding.com. I also give one of my friends a lot of credit for this. All my life I ate three meals a day, but I have tried the 5+ meals diet and it is great I no longer get hungry between meals, but I am not eating any more… In fact I am actually eating less. I also drink a lot of green & white tea. It is a start but I haven’t changed my diet drastically so it is easy to follow. I will update this blog later so everyone can see if this helped. I have also been doing at least 20min of cardio every day as well, wich can’t hurt.
