My Diet

I have been trying a new diet based on information I have read on bodybuilding.com. I also give one of my friends a lot of credit for this. All my life I ate three meals a day, but I have tried the 5+ meals diet and it is great I no longer get hungry between meals, but I am not eating any more… In fact I am actually eating less. I also drink a lot of green & white tea. It is a start but I haven’t changed my diet drastically so it is easy to follow. I will update this blog later so everyone can see if this helped. I have also been doing at least 20min of cardio every day as well, wich can’t hurt.

Craving Fittness

I have found in that while I am overweight I get cravings to be in shape again, sounds crazy but just today, I was thinking about summer coming and how nice it would be to go to the beach and not dread taking off my shirt. That is the worst part of being fat in the Okanagan there is no getting away from it, I will be in the lake, but this year I will be in shape. The time has come to be in the best shape of my life.

TV Time

Monday, January 28th, 2008

In my battle to stay away from the TV I have made a compromise with myself. When I watch tv I ride the stationary bike, or go on the treadmill, it seems to work, it is an effective way to watch my favorite shows. It is making it a habit that is the hard part. My girlfriend is seeing my commitment to this now, and giving me more support than ever.

I find that my girlfriend has an effect on how much I workout. Even though I love to work out, if she has other plans mine get put on the backburner, my mission for the remainder ofthis month and next is to put my health and fittness in front of everything.

I have been slacking off lately, and need to continue on my trek to fitness. I need to keep my self motivated and keep away from the black hole I call my couch. Iwill be in shape for mtn Biking season!!
