					<description>I totally agree a little time off doesn't harm ur progress at all and if its for injury recovery theres no other option but to rest or u could end up with permanent injury.sometimes I've went back to the gym after 3 days off and ended up lifting a bit more. we all need a break and overtraining is as bad as not trainin at all progress goes down the pan!!</description>

					<description>Amazing advice.  I hurt my left deltoid last friday and even though I am very eager to get into the gym today.... it may be smart to stay out.  My left posterior Deltoid is sore and i can feel the pain into my tricep and sometimes even my forearm.... have you experienced anything like it?  The pain is mild which makes me want to work through it.... but i am afraid of further injuring it.</description>
