my trainer
It Saturday night and I’m sitting at home (lame) so I figured I’d write a little. I started working out with a trainer one day a week and I love it so much (the fact that he’s really hot doesn’t hurt either). I always thought I knew what I was doing and didn’t need someone to stand there and count for me, but I have totally changed my mind on this subject. Every workout we’re doing something new and he’s able to push me past my comfort level and really burn out my muscles. Love it, love it - and I have dropped 2% body fat since working with him.
