Rant of Gym People

I don’t know why but I feel like giving a rant of the types of people I find annoying.

1. the pack of friends: usually are weak as piss and rotate in a group of 5. They take up stations for long periods of time and tend to socialize A LOT.

2. People who wear hats while working out. I don’t know why this annoys me, but I’m always curious to why would you wear a hat while working out? Do you need to be stylish. You are here to workout yes? Do you really want to fill your hat with sweat?

3. The people who stare. Sure there are going to be good looking peope at the gym but for some I get distracted when I notice somebody just blatantly stare down somebody. Yesterday this old guy was watching my every move….how creepy.

4. The socializer: this guy really doesn’t work out at all and just tries to interrupt others with talking. What makes it worse is if they try to talk to me while i’m in the middle of a set.

5. Curlers in the power rack. If nobody is around sure be my guest but seriously my gym only has two power racks and it is always crowded. People need to squat folks! Grab the olympic bar and set it on the floor elsewhere
6. Those who try to occupy and KEEP multiple stations. This is not your personal gym!

7. Those who lift in your space preventing you from doing your exercise. Dude buddy I was here first and can’t you see I am waiting for you to move to another area so I can keep my exercising going?

8. Smelly people: shower people please? Nothing is worse while working out when this foul guy just walks by. Good God man can you not smell yourself??

Hardgainer question

Since around August 2007 to today(early April 08) I have slowly gained about 20 lbs of muscle. At the same time I have lost fat as my body fat percentage dropped a about 1.5%. So clearly this has been a pretty clean bulk and I am somewhat happy with results. Like everybody else in the world we would all like results to occur quickly. I was wondering if anybody could share their experiences if they have BOTH went through a dirty bulk and then a cut later and a clean bulk?
Did you find that the dirty/quick bulk and cut down was faster then just a straight up clean bulk?

I still have another 15-20 lbs of muscle to go before I go on a cut but it seems like the pace takes forever. i don’t like the idea of waiting another year to finally see the beast I want to see!
