OK, today I tried my first a.m. cardio on an empty stomach. Don’t think I like it!! I actually felt sick to my stomach during and after and I struggled to make it thru a "normal" after 5:00pm cardio workout. Will this take time to adjust or should I take that as a sign that it is just not for me? When I do my normal evening cardio, it is on an empty stomach…about 2hrs after my previous meal, so I don’t understand why this morning I felt sick and wore out??
Any suggestions - advise ????

Well, I started last spring 2008, was commited for about 3 months, then my daughter and grandson moved in with me and I got distracted. I continued to workout, as by then it was an addiction, but my eating habits, with having a child in the house again, got out of control. I never gained any weight, I just have not succeeded in reducing my body fat level. I am struggling with this, so I just purchased the HydroxycutMax for women. Hopefully this will assist in my fat loss saga. I hurt my shoulder this past fall also and had to limit my upper body workout as well. No excuse for cardio and lower body, I know….but I did slack!! I am back now and going strong. I’m at the gym 3-4 times a week and purchased the P90X workout series. It is tough and I’ve done it enough now I take my sheets to the gym and do the weight workouts there, then the plyometric, interval, core and abs at home. I like this workout and I am seeing results now. Anyone have opinions or suggestions??

I was told that even if you have the best trainer, facility and equipment, it won’t matter if your mind is weak….you will give up!!! You have to prove to yourself that you can change your mindset from weak to strong….during which, your body will change right along with it!! I can’t wait to reach my goal - I place myself and view myself already there - I think it and picture the "new me" all the time. I am going to do this….so be watching for my "after" pics!!!

Well, I finally got up the nerve to get some before pics - but I’m to shy to post them until I get my "afters"!!! I have been working out faithfully but only for about 4 weeks now. I can see such a difference in my arms and shoulders and back already, but I can’t seem to get rid of that thigh and belly fat!!! (I’m certain jellybeans have nothing to do with it - or does it??) No, for real…..I’ve even been sticking to a "diet", I guess that’s what you call it. If anyone has any advise - I’d love some!!!!!
