Curvy or Athletic
What do men find SEXY in women. I have some ladies I train, and lots of times…we talk about what we find SEXY in our husbands and men in general. Maxim magazine did a feature that my husband told me about what women love in men. Things were sooo….interesting. Of course, as women we love a man who will cook, do some dishes sometimes, make gifts, a nice body is a GREAT asset but not a necessity. Well, not to be a feminest but I believe men look more at a womans body. That’s one reason I encourage my clients to work hard and just try to obtain and maintain your God given body, whether it’s curvy OR athletic. What do men find sexy in a womans body…is it our body or is it personality. Now, I’m sure you may want to say both…but is there something you like more than another?

It is very important for a woman to keep her self up, and I think men should do the same.
But once some people get married they think I got him or her.And start slacking and the clothes size increases and before they know it they are 2-4 sizes up.
And after childeren it is even more important to try to get back in shape. I know ladies it is hard,but it is important to your health, and spirit.
But I think most guys look for curves,they are intimidated by athletic women.

I love my women to be healthy, not skin and bones, but not fat either. As far as all muscled up, I would like to be tossed around once or twice, but I don’t think that I would enjoy snuggling up with a lady who is rock hard solid! I like them kind of soft and feminine!

To have someone on your side who is easy going, smart and faithful is the key I think. Ultimately, we want to enjoy our life with our family. What gives us the enjoyment? To have a caring woman on your side, the one that makes it worth for us to go through the difficulties in life. The one that respects and puts us up. The one that you want to bring flowers at home w/o any occasion just because you want to admire her. When she is in the good shape, she rewards us for trying our best. Not everyone can get on the stage and that’s not necessary but when she tries, She tells us that she cares about us (same goes for men of course). As far as body goes, I gotta say athletic.

On the physical side, I love a woman with long sinewy leggz..And I like a woman who is fit but feminine.. Men are visual.. They are first captured by appearance..
