Current goal
June 9, 2007I have been on the constant battle of fighting the flab. My goal for this summer is to drop down to 5-6% body fat. While retaining as much muscle as possible. I seem to feel fatigued some days but i have recently bought a pedometer to make sure i’m taking at least 15k steps a day. On top of my cardio aka swimming and lifting. I will keep you updated on my results i just hope i can push through with keeping a clean diet and hopefully keep away from fatigue
