From Bubble to Built
I am new to this blog crap, but what I am going to attempt to do is track workout’s daily. I start a new workout routine on monday for 8 weeks. This may keep me on track a little better, and or help someone else that is in my shape when I started. Here we go…

Im new as well to this on here. Going with the same plan your going with. Logging everything. Just started my log today. I say I see my self getting a little addicted to this. Well good luck bro.
