Stoped smoking is going well, got tempted today but managed to push through……had my protein shakes as usual and a pretty good few meals even though i was in work at 9am til…..well im still in work till 8am tomoro
couodnt do any cardeo (stupid bum left skiping rope at home) but did manage to do 3 sets of 40 press ups on my knuckles slow with good form, then 3 sets of 15 incline to work my uper chest, seemed to do the job and vey pumped
managed to add an extra 10mins to my ab routeen today, up to 40mins now, 4-6timesĀ a week, got good feelings, all is well, big date tomoro cant wait.
