					<description>still on the journey, life brings challenges every day to try and make you loose focus on your goals. lost 6 lb in last week with increased cardio and increased reps. Looking leaner. Cleaning up my eating, chicken, fish, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato, salad, 1.5 gallons of water a day. Excited to see how next week will bring results. Thanks all for there encouragement.</description>

					<description>Raising the intensity in my work outs. Superset have helped alot to keep moving and do more movements in the same amount of time. Using new product called NO Fury. Really jacks you up.</description>
