I have manage to work out alot of pit falls but I am back. I will never give up if it kills me trying to whip his body in shape. I finally hae time and enery and injury free to do what I love bs and that is working out. I have exceded my last attempt in lifting ability and weight/fat loss and feelin better about myself. I lost over 37 lbs and gained a few pounds of muscle as well. I am tryin hard to mix up my work outs and not have a routine, keep my muscles guessing. I have learned iyou are consistantly changing trhings you wil get better and faster results. So here I go again down my happy tail to fitness and liing a healthier life. you are never to old or to late to start as long as I have a beatting heart!!

Currently suffering from a back injury. The nature of the injury is unknown but was made worse after light lifting. taking it easy and hoping to slowly ease back into a routine. I just started getting back to a routine when I hur tmy back 2 night ago 23 of jan.2008. but I am starting to feel a bit better and hoping to go to the gym on sunday.

I am still a bit embarassed on how I look but when i start getting into better shape I will post a new pic. till then i have to keep going strong and better myself.Over the holidays has been tough staying on track but I am getting back to basics. thankfully I didn’t put on too much weight mabye 3 lbs but that will go fast. Looking for words of encouragement and support. Hope to meet new friends and learn as much as I can.
