Going on my 3rd day…
I’m going on my 3rd day of run/walking 2 miles everyday. I plugged in some numbers to a site that said if you do 15 miles of just walking every week by the end of the year you have the potential of losing 21 lbs. And let me tell you, I’m sweating all over…almost looks like I just took a shower. So I figured it definitely couldn’t hurt me, right? I really need to get more weights the 8 lbs are pretty easy. Garage sales here I come!!
Eating is still coming along. I bought two watermelons and ate an entire one today…I know, I shouldn’t eat that much but man, that tastes so good on a really hot day! I need to be drinking more water. Right after I do my cardio, I drink 8 oz of milk with protein whey and a tablespoon of lite chocolate. Delicious!! I’m sure I’m not getting all my nutrients for the day. I’m really trying though. Can someone just move in with me and make all my meals and snacks for me? I’m serious…
