Honestly…I need this site on!
Today, I was on a roll on not eating anything healthy for me! I know it was because my sister is staying with me and her kids last night…We went out for lunch at Mcdonalds! I know, I know horrible food!! Then my dad stopped by later for dinner bringing pizza and bread! How do you people not give into temptation? I think if I had this site on 24/7 I would be more apt to eat better. Everytime I come onto this site all of you guys motivate me. I think man, if they can do it, why can’t I? When I’m tempted, I always break and then I feel awful!!
Anyways, now that I can do cardio should I do it in the morning when I wake up and then later do some lifting? What would be a decent plan for me to start? Suggestions??

On the eating, it depends on your goals. Don’t get wrapped up with guilt if you eat something "not so clean" I used to feel like if I ate a piece of pizza or a cookie that its outline would appear on my belly (it doesn’t) Make sure your life is characterized by clean eating though..a slip up here and there won’t kill you. If you want to compete, it’s a different story.
A lot of people like morning cadio since you body has been burning the food you’ve eaten overnight (mostly glycogen) so when you wake up you burn mostly fat, or so the theory goes. If later in the day, lift first then do your cardio, the same idea applies, you lifting burns through the glycogen and you’ll burn more fat with the cardio.
