Lean on Me…
Tuesday, July 29th, 2008What an awesome movie! Anyways, I have been doing my cardio when I wake up and doing some more at night. Partly because I am bored…not working right now!…and partly because of the amazing women on this site. Eating is very off for me. I just can’t seem to eat clean. I know what I need to do but I’m just not there yet. One day I just wish I wasn’t thinking constantly of food…what to put in my mouth and then being disappointed because I put horrible food in my mouth. I figure though if I could slowly just change little things in my diet then it wouldn’t be such shock to my body. What some good things to incorporate in my diet?? Easy things people! And what are some good strength training exercises? I am not going to a gym right now but I do have a treadmill and a couple of weights. Help me!!
