What an awesome movie! Anyways, I have been doing my cardio when I wake up and doing some more at night. Partly because I am bored…not working right now!…and partly because of the amazing women on this site. Eating is very off for me. I just can’t seem to eat clean. I know what I need to do but I’m just not there yet. One day I just wish I wasn’t thinking constantly of food…what to put in my mouth and then being disappointed because I put horrible food in my mouth. I figure though if I could slowly just change little things in my diet then it wouldn’t be such shock to my body. What some good things to incorporate in my diet?? Easy things people! And what are some good strength training exercises? I am not going to a gym right now but I do have a treadmill and a couple of weights. Help me!!

Honestly…I need this site on!

Today, I was on a roll on not eating anything healthy for me! I know it was because my sister is staying with me and her kids last night…We went out for lunch at Mcdonalds! I know, I know horrible food!! Then my dad stopped by later for dinner bringing pizza and bread! How do you people not give into temptation? I think if I had this site on 24/7 I would be more apt to eat better. Everytime I come onto this site all of you guys motivate me. I think man, if they can do it, why can’t I? When I’m tempted, I always break and then I feel awful!!

Anyways, now that I can do cardio should I do it in the morning when I wake up and then later do some lifting? What would be a decent plan for me to start? Suggestions??

Its Sunday and I’m already up?? What is wrong with me? I think I will get some cardio out of the way before my 7:30…not bad! I did go out and buy some chicken, eggs, lettuce, and lots of vegs…I bought some almonds for some snacks. I’m really confused on all the food. I just wish I had someone here who would make my food for me and then I would never have to think about it!

I really am having a hard time with the cardio…I think because I haven’t done anything since June 4th. Once I start its fine but I’m taking off to a slow start.

My SO found out that I am posting here and he doesn’t get it. Last night he was asking me all these questions about why I would post pictures to complete strangers. I said because its very motivating to see so many healthy people on one site and that everyone really is so nice on here….everyone I have at least met!

So I am still trucking away and any advice is still needed!

Okay, so I was showing some of the pics of all these amazing people on here and my fiancee said that it was nasty…guys and girls! All I see is healthy people…that just motivates me even more!

 Anyways, I went to the doctors and he told me I was good to go on the cardio…no running though. It will take another 6 months or so for the swelling to go down but that is okay.

 I’m on my way out to go to the store and buy some nutritious foods!

Well, let me tell you a little bit about myself….I am 26 years old, mother of two girls, and ready to get that body that I have never had. Before kids, I was around 125lbs…thought I was fat then…Which I was, a skinny fat person. I want a healthy strong body now. OMG…some of the women on here are so gorgeous! Its nice to see people who look like me and have succeeded in fitness. Very motivating. I really want lots of feedback and lots of friends. I really don’t have anyone who understands why I want to look the way I want. Its nice to be surrounded by people who appreciate a healthy body. Tomorrow I will start posting some of the things I eat and what I do to workout.

 Btw…on June 4th I dislocated my ankle, so I can’t do any cardio yet. I’m thinking of trying cardio after I see the doctor tomorrow! I’m hoping things are looking good. And I dislocated my ankle on a trampoline. Just remember they are dangerous! I just slipped on my left foot so I landed hard on my right ankle on the trampoline.

 I hope to get to know lots of you on here!!
