February Sucked.
One month can change your fitness drastically, even more on the negative slope of the spectrum. February was that month for me. Seemed like everything around me had the "urgent" tag on it. Work has definitely expanded its priority levels. I ,however, was able to keep my cardio moderately frequent, but definitely not how my plans had determined. So now I’m at the point to start over again. March’s schedule doesn’t look any more promising though. Hopefully I can find a greater balance in my time.
