One month can change your fitness drastically, even more on the negative slope of the spectrum. February was that month for me. Seemed like everything around me had the "urgent" tag on it. Work has definitely expanded its priority levels. I ,however, was able to keep my cardio moderately frequent, but definitely not how my plans had determined. So now I’m at the point to start over again. March’s schedule doesn’t look any more promising though. Hopefully I can find a greater balance in my time.

It’s hard sometimes. I’m working in the Dining Facility now and am responsible for preparing a lot of food for a lot of people. The upside is that I have accessibility to a lot of healthy foods. But the downside is that there are a lot more unhealthy varieties around. If I bring my breakfast (Cream of Wheat and egg white Pancakes are great) to cook there and a Protein Shake, I’m able to muster enough will power to avoid making critical mistakes concerning the foods I eat.
