I have another question. I am trying to find information about the qualifying to shows. I'm confused about how you progress in the NPC. The show that I did was a 'national-qualifier' and I placed 2nd in my class. Does that mean that you can do a national show--that doesn't seem right. My plan is to just compete in local shows for a while; I'm doing three in 2009. How do you get to a Jr. Natls? Nationals? Arnolds', etc.?

					<description>I eat sushi on occasion and to make it more weightlifter friendly I eat the brown rice version and drink a large glass of skim milk with it.  I go with the california role (crab (or substitute), avacodo, celery, brown rice and seaweeed).  Go easy on the rice and it is pretty weightlifter friendly (also avoid the soy sauce).
Of course I haven't prepared for a show so thiw may not be the comments you are looking for.</description>
