All or Nothing
Friday, February 29th, 2008While I started 2008 very hyped about this season, my motivation has dwindled. I have been hitting the weights consistently and hard for the last 4 weeks and I’ve been pushing some big numbers. As far as my "training" for competition goes (cardio, routine work, diet, etc), I decided I was going to "ease" into it. Yea, ummm…. that don’t work for me. Easing became hitting and missing. Therefore, I’ve just decided that either I’m training, or I’m talking. I had to go on a bunch of people’s pages, check out pictures from last year’s shows, and watch some fitness videos to get pumped but i’m back. I’ve lost about 3 lbs and I think I need to lose about 12-15 more before I take the national stage again (I want to get under 100lbs) so I don’t think I will be at Jr. USA’s but I will be on the national scene this year!
I have always known how to workout (even before school and certifications) but the one thing I haven’t always had is self motivation. This site is great for pushing each other! Thankz bodyspace
