30 days til dallas!!!
Thursday, October 18th, 2007I”m tired all the time… I’ve been sticking to the diet and i think i look great, i will get pics asap… The most frustrating thing is that the scale is still not moving
…I do weight training on Tues and Frid, Routine on Wed and Sat, and sprints on Thurs and Sunday. Cardio twice a day on all of those days. Monday is my day “off” (one cardio session)… This is my 3rd week of it (2nd with 2aday cardio)… I think I am going to die! LOL, I figure I have 21 more days of training (30 days until dallas)… Bed time
