Back in the fold

Things have been nuts with work and my entrepreneurial spirit, which has taken away from my gym time in a big way.  I’m finally starting to get back into it, but man it’s tough getting the motivation revving again.  I have been running and have been maintaining weight around 223lbs, but feel pretty soft, and need my Iron fix back.  I’m thinking about staring to bring some NO2 into my supplement rotation to help out with things.  I figure a hard 225lbs is perfect.

Once my motivation dies, I find it SO TOUGH to get it back up again!!! I hear you! It’s great that you’ve set a goal for yourself, and I bet if you’ve laid out a plan, you’re going to hit it in no time!! :)

Yeah it’s tough getting that motivation back. So far I’ve done great gym wise, though a little behind on legs due to some knee issues.

It’s cardio that i'’m really struggeling wiht now, and I really need to get back at it.

I think a lot of people detest cardio. :) ME included!!! I have found the best way to make that hour pass QUICKLY is to do it in a class with the other cardio bunnies. :D There are not very many men who take those classes, but those that do certainly get respect!

Yeah a class would be key, but I haven’t found one where I could fit it into my schedule. I think spinning would be a great one. Now it’s all about finding low impact stuff to keep my knee from flaring up
